The new guild menu and roles are really nice and convenient but the game has a tendency to remove the roles that were previously assigned to members of the guild. This seems to have no particular rhyme or reason, as players with just about any role could have their role unexpectedly removed and it would have to be assigned again. It also happens regardless of when the role was assigned to the player; roles that were assigned days ago and roles assigned minutes ago could be reset.
This is rather annoying when you want guild roles to have some sort of meaning or when giving different authorities serves an actual purpose.
