Brazilian community are messed up since the beginning anyway, no wonder u dont feel any difference.
In RO we had a 70 man guild with avg of 50 online and everyone knew only 10~20 people of that.
Took me 3 months to make people open up to each other ⦠as guild leader back then.
I realized.
Smaller is better
The smaller a guild is, the more likely it is that people find others and talk with them⦠and do guild related stuff.
Itās funny. But size makes a guild mechanicalyā¦
ā
Oh yeah. When we split up the guild in 3 guilds. Everyone started to interact more⦠which was a fun experiment. We had a couple too ⦠which i still had contact about 2 years ago. Stopped talking with the last peps from the guild⦠about 1 year ago. You life them out someday⦠literally.
Some grew up.
Others died.
The world wont stand still.
We had an age span from 5~65.
I miss Klera ⦠she was the good hearth of the guild.
Heartattacks are something ickyā¦
Why socialize in a single player MMO? lol
uhh⦠ehh ⦠ahh.
Should i point it out⦠no⦠better not.
quitely walks sideways into the light
O.o i had a completely different experience. I was part of a 50 player guild(all 50 players played woe weekly/mvpād on different parties and leveled). Rnow we are all on a skype chat and on a discord channel for the guild, around 25 of us playinf tos. So it can work, you just need to get the right people together.
Sad that i cant get my old mates together again.
That is about 13 years ago now~
Or a bit less ^^.
I used to had alot of fun during vanilla wow with a big guild of more than 40active members doing ony, bwl, mc, zg, aq20/40 weekly.
Guilds are fun and special. Would be good of guilds are more required in this game for endgame and more rewarding for people to be a templar. Since not everyone can make a guild that will make guild more special. But we should reward templar more to make sure there are enough guilds for the whole community.
Max lv is 600 so i m sure templar will be a c3 job as well and once you go templar u have to get all c3. That is a big commitment so make templar more rewarding and make guild more important in the community?
You are the only class that can create a guild. What other reward do you want?
Son, you are stupid af, everybody here know about the ā3 months exclusive will cripple the community.ā kinda shiet.
Were you even here when that happened, my young son?
Dont cry. Make a templar. Or buy a templar
Wasting my time reading your remark⦠certainly you owe me some kind of compensation?
Youngest of my sons⦠where are you going with this?
Ooh, I just gave you my only ā ā ā ā as compensation.
You should be glad, no more after.
I dont give a ā ā ā ā about other MMOās so why should tos be like them. I see your point, but I think the way it is itās completely fine. If people wanna interact they have loads of ways so a drastic change like this isnt needed in any way.
I think many things are crippling the playerbase here. Why not add this one to the list, might as well.
They should do something like Linkshells (aāla FFXIV).
Linkshells are chat groups that you join, separate from FCās (FFXIVās āguildā), and can essentially be pseudo-guilds. You can appoint owners and mods like leaders and officers and itās essentially what youāre asking for. Thereās even an interface to see the list of people in the group, whoās online, etc.
I would wholeheartedly support that.
Too bad all the white knights that see TOS as a perfect hardcore specimen will get in your way and stomp all over your idea because it āisnāt neededā while game circles down the figurative drain due to lack of any encouragement of social aspects among other things.
Honestly we havenāt gotten to the point where the social Templars are going to finally reach their circle. Right now youāre just seeing hardcore players at Templar setting up their hardcore guilds.
Iām going to be setting up a social guild but 224 is still a week or two away for me. And Iām considered hardcore compared to all of my other friends who also have jobs or research to do.
Right now, any guild out there is dedicated and has motivation and purpose behind it.
if people were allowed to make guilds without the restriction of a Templar, it would just make it like a big glorified party and diminish the prestige of being in a guild or even owning one. Itās happened in many games before, you see guilds running around with literally 2 members because being in one isnāt seen as āvaluedā.
Systems should remain the same, but keep in mind once you are a templar, your entire lodge has the ability to make a guild, from what ive been told anyways~
Stopped reading half way through the thread, but Iāve been on a few games where guild creation was a breeze, and 90% of the guilds listed (maybe more for older games) were just dead. Youād see guilds pop up one day, poof gone the next, a complete waste of time for any player who joined. You make a guild here, it shows whoever made it has dedication to sticking with it, at least for a good while.
I do hope to find a social-PvE guild eventually, and Iām sure more will pop up as time goes on.
Yet in this game they loset accessibility.
