Imagine, a guild member receiving a ranking with symbols, according to the contributions points? And salary (in silver) according to the contributions points in every week. It’s a very cool feature to encourage the members to do guild stuffs.
What do you guys think about it?

Using the contribution is a bit contradicting because there is already a shop inside the hangout where you spend contribution + you can convert it into mileage.
a Salary for participating on GTW is a interesting way to implement it.

Only GTW? The is a lot of PvE guilds… but the salary = pure silver.
