Guild emblems, extreme frustration

Word’s can not describe how annoyed I am with this poxy stupid guild emblem. I had no problems with any other game including RO making transparent pretty emblems

I can not find a way with paint and CS6 will not allow me to save a 32bit image as PNG, I am so ■■■■■■■ angry! it is something that should be so simple and I can’t work out what the hell is wrong

The image is 64x64
I can save it as 8/16bit as PNG
I can not produce a PNG image 32bit
I have an alpha channel
I can not see the image in game whatever I do

Please make a comprehensive guide to guild emblems as boring as that sounds or even make an app for it as it costs 12 million to change a picture!!!

side note* If you can direct me to where the vanilla image is stored I reckon I could replace it with my own and save it

If you google and download the next best png edit program you can save it in 32bit. I downloaded Photo Filtre. Its small and does what I want. Took me like 10 mins to get into that program, crop like how I wanted to and upload it via client.

If you work with a professional program like cs6 and open your stuff in 8bit image quality I frankly asking you to stop creating content, sry.

I use cs6 for odd jobs that paint doesn’t do. I don’t work with it, as you seem to be a sheer and utter genius with cs6 maybe you can shed a little light on the matter? OH GREAT LORD OF CS6

Edit: Still doesn’t explain anything with this app, Img mode rgba, 64 x 64 and saved as png. Does not show in game. Why would you need to crop anything? as opposed to just resizing? Your answer isn’t very detailed at all. It’s a suggestion of a program and an arrogant cover of how easy it was for you!?

If you have no idea about the program you want to use and not be able to google how it works then stop trying it with cs6 and use an alternative with less options. Thats what I said and that is what will work best for you. Im not your butler to do the simple google job for you.
