My guild name’s is “Yorozuya” on Klaipeda, we paid 12M to change our emblem months ago, but it is still showing the old one ever since one of the maintenance in the past.
I have sent 2 tickets in the past, all of them got ignored by the canned replay to tell me to validate my game files and I have done a hundred times and I also described that in my ticket said that we’ve done a hundred times to validate my files. It’s not client side issue, all my guild members have the same issue.
This is becoming a fraud, we paid huge amount of silvers and can’t get what we paid for.
You guys can not keep dodging user problems and I believe a lot of guilds is having the same problem as we do. You need to address it, not hiding it.

None of the above matters, you need to look into the issue. If you can’t fix it, you need to give us our silver back. Why such a straight problem can be ignore to this degree. I will also bring this up to Steam since it is becoming a fraud issue.
