Type of Bug : Guild Battle League rankings rolled back
Date/Time and Location : September 26th, 2016
Description : Last week, we had a very serious issue: The GBL
rankings did not refresh after the monday reset. Because of that, guilds did not receive their TP rewards. Today, I waited for the reset at Midnight on Sunday. I was able to confirm that the rankings refreshed properly. However, the TP Redeem button did not show up for me to retrieve my TP Rewards(we got 4th place).
However, when I logged in a few hours later, the rankings were broken
again. They were showing the EXACT SAME SCORE FROM 3 WEEKS AGO. It’s now been two week that GUILD BATTLE LEAGUE HAS NOT WORKED PROPERLY.

reset) on Monday. Right are GBL Rankings at 11:22 AM, same day. As you
can see, the ranking data is being purged, and it is instead displaying the score from 3 weeks ago. Because of this, NONE of the guilds have been able to receive their free TP. I have been sending Support Tickets every single week because of improper/missing TP Rewards, but now this is happening to everyone and there still hasn’t been a word about this yet from the IMC Staff. My guild and I are EXTREMELY displeased with this game because our main guild activity simply isn’t giving out rewards as it should be. We want compensation for those two weeks that we missed 3rd and 4th place TP Rewards, and we want this fixed immediately.
