Guides after beta :D?

Since most of us aren’t in the beta … I’m thinking if someone might write a guide on the character they played with and from there maybe we can discuss morea bout it ? What do you think :stuck_out_tongue: ?

People have created tons of guides. You can use the search option to view them.

Many skills and attributes are subject to tweaking and being moved to different ranks, not to mention we’re looking at a minimum of 6 months before this game can hit Open Beta (From a player-perspective), so a Guide really wouldn’t do much for you other than make you want the game even more (Which may not be a good thing). You can head on over to these sections:

https://forum.treeofsavior.com/c/beta-test-feedback/class-rank
…and then use the Search function (Magnifying glass at the top) while in that category to search for threads only in that section; you can get a general idea of the classes from there. You won’t find many ‘Guides’ though. You can also sorta make a skill build here:

Hopefully they’ll throw in class-sections for sub-forums later on, so everyone doesn’t have to discuss different branches all in one section.

Any character specific guides will be outdated and useless fairly quickly since the game is being rebalanced constantly. Here’s some basic tips though;

-Join parties. I can’t stress this enough, it speeds everything up and there are no downsides.

-Talk to NPC’s you find out in the world. Outside of cities, most NPC’s you find will give easy, quick to complete quests that help you level up quicker.

-At level 15+ upgrade your weapon. This makes a huge difference in the damage you do and you should have no trouble affording to upgrade your level 15 weapon to +5. It makes life much easier.

-If you see a glowing mob drop what you’re doing and kill it. Blues give massive experience so if you’re alone you can try to overkill them for an even bigger exp bonus. These mobs are insane.

-If you’re lazy go archer. You can use kneeling shot, go near a large group of mobs and just hold attack.
