Update: The weekend event helper npc seems to give different buffs each day of the weekend besides challenge scrolls,statues and seeds, the buffs all are renewable talking with the npc again.
Friday was a 6 hour buff of 100% increased exp and double class change points.
Saturday was a 6 hour buff of increased exp and no increase in unique raids costs and double unique raid rewards
Sunday was a 6 hour buff of increased exp, 1000 extra looting chance and half cost for anvil upgrading
