Change your resolution. I change from 28801800 to 19201080 and my usual fps is about 90. But I play in Windows, no idea on OS X

i’m playing TOS on Play On Mac 
Im playing with CrossOver on MBP 2014 with Intel Iris graphics and its not smooth as i thought. Have you tried making changes to the user.xml file? I did it though, in hoping to improve the FPS of the game itself. But to my disappointment after making changes to it and lock it to a read only permission, the game reverts back to its original settings and does not apply what i had changed to the user.xml file. Any help on this? Thanks.
that happened to me as well, don’t worry the changes you made via user.xml are saved the game doesn’t really update it. i changed my resolution to 1280 x 800 via user.xml but the game thinks the current resolution is 1680 x 1050. dunno why though XD
before opening POM attach the controller via USB POM will automatically detect the controller, to double check you can go to PlayOnMac configuration>Wine>Control Panel>Game Controllers

hello, hmmm from my experience that kind of black screen is caused by not installing direct x full. or not adding D3dx9_36 to the existing overrides at the wine configuration window.
Thank you for responding It detects the ps3 controller but when I play TOS the buttons function differently. some not even functioning. the only function it does correctly is the left thumbstick. haha!

I installed steam and it runs fine. But when I open, it doesnt connect to internet, so I can’t download Tree of Savior. What can be happening?

hi diego! sorry for the late reply, sent my macbook for screen replacement sadly they formated my macbook and all of my files were lost. currently re-installing things. For your problem i would like to direct you to Play On Mac’s support page. Most likely that problem is on their side
Added notice. I will still update the crosstie once i re-download the game. But after that i won’t be updating it that often anymore. I found an error while restoring my TOS Back up. That’s why i decided to Re-install it and see if the error keeps coming up. If not then no update necessary.

hello RF.Soul can you show me a print screen of the error? i haven’t re-isntalled my TOS yet. Though if you can get the error could you could just google it with (Error Code Wine / CrossOver or Play On Mac) usually you can find answers to this kinds of errors on their Support forum
