It works just like Energy Bolt, it charges faster with levels. Shogoth has almost no damage it is useless against 200+lvl mobs, it is slow and stupid. Better go play another real support. Linker is the best for now - all monsters you link will die from your partydmg like 8 times faster.

In my opinion, summons are still very weak even with full spr. Though, they will finally deal at least some damage in PvP.
