I can see many people got this problem, i got this myself.
I see a solution on a topic but i think i will need to create a whole new topic for this.
Just use any VPN to update the game like Hotspot Shield, Softether, Hide.me, etc…
Update the game then turn off VPN and enjoy the game.

I have tried so many different things, vpn aswell but im still stuck on 0%, reinstalling does not help either…
