Guide and Tips Party System "Field Boss Drop Settings, Party Event Boss and Faster EXP"

Guide and Tips Party System

I know some of you already familiar with these and some didn’t. and for days been exploring and Lvl my char,
I notice the Party Settings are somewhat different and “Luckily” I found something nice (Correct me if I’m wrong okay~)

1st Tab Member

You can change your “Party Name” here and your party description. They usualy start with

Party name - “Party#1234”
Description - “Hi There”

2nd Tab Party Event

This will only occur when you create a party Full or Not it will just pop up in this tab. Only “Party Leaders” can accept this mission. Always check tab from time to time sometimes it will not immediately appear

What will happen in this mission?

Well basically A Event Field Boss will spawn at the designated location (random map location) marked with the “X” at your map and the mission will only trigger if all the party members are present at the location. Level of the boss Matches your party level or maybe even more higher than your average level

Note: Drops here are sometimes special like Hats, Acessories and stuffs.

3rd Tab Settings

Party Settings
Item Distribution

Individual Loot - Well yeah specifically your kill your loot.
In Order - If I understand this correctly this work in different way

  1. Monster Drops - You and your party members will recieve the item in an orderly fashion like falling in line for the next reciever.
  2. Boss Drops - Now this will start getting tricky. Drops here are like Individual you get the item depends if your side drops it
Ex. Chapparition Boss Fight (Tenet Garden) after my party killed it every one got their loot but diffently or same others got Shield, Weapon. while I got Card and Shield

NOTE: Silver are divided or shared among the team

Random Loot - Item dropped or Silvers are randomly distributed to the team. Even if your the one looted the item it will be given at random party member or maybe you will be the one receiving it.

Exp Distribution

For now there is no info regarding more party members more exp. Its like more members faster way to kill and gain exp.

Get Separately - Yes your kill you get your own exp

Equal Distribution - You divide the Exp after that kill. yep pretty understandable. but not fast in Party Grinding instead of receiving the full exp you will only receive the divided exp among the party. that is why this is not good for grinding which i am going to explain later. but this settings is good for BOSS fight cause of ridiculous amount of exp after that kill.

Different by Level - This one my favorite this work like a charm if your “Grinding” from my experience

  1. Grinding mode - It’s like Equal but! Individual Exp, Tricky? here I’l Explain further. You get to kill a monster for 120exp but you don’t divide it each will recieve the exp depends on the player level. it might be 120exp lower or higher than that who knows

  2. Boss Fight - Pretty much useless cause in the end only the party leader will get the experience so it doesnt work in this settings

Quest Share

Disable - Do your own Quest Hunt and Kill
Enable - You can help your party or they can help you during your quest. Hunt and Objectives

Field Bosses Settings

Field Bosses are special bosses you could farm and hunt, They appear around 2-4 hours after the last kill. When it does it will be announced all over the map (means all players in the certain map are notified) and it will spawn on the designated marked area on your map.

Individual Loot - Yes even though many players are attacking the Field Boss. you have a 10-50% chance (probably) of receiving a random special goodies from the boss if done enough damage. cause sometimes small damage won’t give you a chance of loots only a partial silvers.

In Order and Random Loot - When your in a party, items dropped sometimes increase due to damages done by a single party. it means more damage done more likely more chances of loot dropping.

There I explained so far what I Observed. Comment below if you also notice something in the party system. Will be updating this from time to time. Like  this topic if you love it. See yah on the next Tree of Savior gaming

I really like the party event function. I just hate how RNGsus trolled my male character and gave him the pink peacock feather and pink ribbon. Now my cleric looks fabulous as fck :joy:

Im pretty sure Field Bosses got timer, Im farming some bosses with 2-2hour respaw and 4-4 hour respaw

See, this is one problem I have been noticing as a tank. I cannot deal any significant damage, therefore I do not get anything while everyone else in my party did. I had noticed this happening several times as well.

yes i noticed that too when i was using my FS priest. around 2 field bosses. just partial silvers

Updated 8/13/15

Seem like need to be full party to make event appear only. OTL

yep. cause so far i havent seen a Party Event trigger when the party members are not full

UP for the 2nd CBT ~ ~ ~

Wow this is so flawed, especially for the tank and support classes. The exp will suck no matter what mode you’re in (I didn’t quite understand the Exp according to level tho), and looting will be hard a.f unless you play with friends that will share. Tanks are most likely the ones doing the most work in field bosses while the support keep the DPS and tanks alive and buffed while still debuffing the ennemy, meanwhile the Elementalist is 20 feets away charging his meteor for half the fight and takes the kill and he should get all the exp/loot ? this is BS.

UP for the new CBT players~

actualy its not so bad…you just have to adjust the right settings for the right scenario. and items drop are pretty much random so just have to set it right if you want individual take? even share? or random share?..

Exp according to level to simplify “maybe” you will get high exp if you get to kill high level monsters (but im not sure if there is a gap for exp though) for low level monsters you will get steady amount of exp or deducted exp cuz of your higher lvl.

Very useful for newplayers!
