Reffer to this event … Players must collect 3 goddess medals from elite monster to exchange reward at event board notice … when I exchange the reward the system take all my medals gone. first time I think I cant remember how many goddess medals I have but this time it happen again when i find more medals but all gone after exchange.

How to Participate

STEP 1. During the event period, defeat elite monsters in fields for a chance to gather Goddess’ Medals. Every defeated elite monster has a chance of dropping one.

STEP 2. After collecting at least 3 Goddess’ Medals, go to the nearest Event Notice Board and exchange them for a reward once per day (resets server time 12AM). The reward received depends on your accumulated number of trades.

- Please be aware that all Goddess’ Medals in your possession at the time will be exchanged.

It’s not a bug, it’s as intended. Just keep 3 medals and put all the others inside your storage. They won’t be exhanged that way.
