Hey peepses. I’m coming back, or at least making an attempt to come back. Anyway, I have a failed build (rank 7) that I call my “Fail Caster”: Wiz>Link>Cryo3>Runecaster>Featherfoot>?

Unless something has changed in the past 3 months since I’ve been gone, I assume this build is still garbage. Featherfoot2 would be my rank 8 if I continued… hoping it would save my build. I think I should have went with Kino instead, but oh well.

ANYWAY, I have a rank reset, so I plan to use this character to reset into the latest and greatest. I’m not poor, but I can’t afford to fund my characters at the same level as everyone else who cheats and/or buys silver. What is the “hot” build these days? I’m pretty open to what I’d be looking for, so feel free to list best builds for different roles or playstyles.

You could go Wiz2/Cryo3/Kino2/Runecaster for Surespell, max Ice Wall and level 11 PP (+1 with gem, for 15 targets). Runecaster isn’t as reliant on Wiz3 anymore due to the cast time reduction of runes.

You could also just go meta Wiz 3 Ele 3 WL2. Chain Lightning and Meteor have an overheat now, making them even more valuable than before. Hail is ridiculous. I don’t know much about WL but I hear Maestama is good especially at WL2.

If you want to go FF2 you could go Wiz2/Link2/Thaum2/FF2 for loot farming. Allows you to kill 8 targets very quickly, and double drops with Swell Body.
