Grooved Bangle not dropped from Salamander on To The Mines quest

The Grooved Bangle should be provided from the “To The Mines” quest after beating the Salamander. This has failed to occur, the item has not appeared in my Journal at all so I can not make the Crystal Bangle item.

This has also happened to several other users that I have found threads about on another forum. Please assist.

The item does not appear in the journal because it’s not a boss drop, but a quest reward which goes directly into your inventory. Crystal bangle will be shown in journal if you craft it with grooved bangle+recipe etc. You could have accidentally sold the grooved bangle to the npc.
