My question its simple. I lvlup more because exp tomes and i follow lvlup guide, but, i’m confuse right now. 
How to deal with augmented xp and level up? Grind is viable? thx
Without exp tomes, hardly. (some exceptions or from your deegre of motivation on grind, otherwise spamming dungeons/quest are much more time efficient)
With exp tomes, hell yeah.
Problem is first grindable maps (and when you start to need it) is Demon Prison/Dina Bee which at least at my server are highly populated by WL/Necro farmers.
Then, 195~230 (250 if brave enough) Alemeth
230~250 EVAC alternatively to the last Alemeth lvs, but it’s very hard map to get to and I think hard to find a party too
250~270 Storage
270~290 Maven
290~~ Timerys (at least I don’t know any other place to go yet but it isn’t like you need, 290 has godly exp and gives 1lv each without tomes even)
That’s all grind maps there is (or at least that I know of) ppl hardly try to grind at 300+ as mobs are still crazy high HP and damage.
Though worst case scenario you can just quest up your way to 330 (as boring as it gets but, well) and rush map exploration/mob hunting of 300+ maps for last levels.
