It’s only for team battle league, [Raise] is still untouched and might still have bunch of kit depending on the wiz build since we’re talking about wizards here.
Still godly for GvG and stuff.
unless they nerf raise skill kino 3 will be one of the best pvp wiz. about gp. that ■■■■ was way too op anyways.
