Grateful Donnes Box Disappeared! HELP!

Bug Description : I got the costume box of Grateful Donnes event and I was saving for later. I was doing Mecenary Post Siauliai dungeon and I opened my inventory to use a Keistas Bravery Potion, but unfortunately I clicked the event box and a message popped up “Unavailable in the current map.”, the box disappeared and I didn’t get my costume. HELP IMC!

It happened before with another event, I remember (with a title, I think ?).
You should send a ticket to the support, explain and ask them if they can give you back a box.
