Both IAH and Gamers First had an English version of GE going on at the same time. They were warlocks in IMC’s version (and in every other version) but Elementalists in Gamers First’s version. Gamers First eventually changed hte name to Sword 2 because reasons.

Regardless, the elementalist in ToS seems to be wearing one of the warlock’s outfits in GE, or at least, something very similar to it. Again, this is likely because, regardless of their name in GE, the warlocks in GE were actually elementalists (cause they attacked with, you know, elemental spells. Compare a ToS elementalist to a GE warlock/elementalist and then compare a ToS warlock to a GE warlock and it’s pretty obvious which one is closer)

ToS Wizard is the combined Elementalist and Wizard class in GE.

though shome people are eager to have Samurai class, which i doubt since being Koreans IMC would most likely just make a Hwarang class. IMC might want to recycle GE samurai costume instead.

Aw come on man, it’s a good class.
Pay the price of fashion like everyone else,if the price is taking a class so be it.

Well, there’s absolutely no reason to make cosmetics not permanent, like, you paid for basically clothing it isn’t going to just evaporate after 30 days.
But this tells me this goes deeper into something else… considering nowadays stupid ass gaming comunity imma blame LoL just in case.

ALRIGHT, I don’t know where you are from but you should know better than to bring politics into this for your fashion.
Gawker may have finally been destroyed by their idiocy but there’s still plenty of terrible sites that would just hurt the game at the minimal resemblance of politics, even if exposure bucks are a thing that may or may not help.

And I doubt many people that would play this game even are into any of that guy’s politics, this is a Korean game that should tell you enough if you know about the guy.

well you see every expansion in GE has a theme and each theme has a corresponding weapons and costume that comes along with it.

During Arsene Circus expansion the theme was playing cards and circus. The costumse and weapon from that expansion were called Trump Series. which 'muricans might make it a meme if it was released today during elections.

The current theme of items in the latest expansion of GE is ‘Armonia’ which is like Vatican so the weapons and costume appears religious-ish. though there is a different theme series for demonic and angelic weapons.

That’s… not precisely how memes work, specially considering a good density of the meme comunity hates him, althuogh you could try making photoshops of his face in one of those dresses, I guess. But really it wouldn’t work out.

i call them ‘winter costumes’ my memory is fuzzy but those costumes/armor came later after, ice themed weapons were available.

@GitGud you think IMC will re-implement ‘Mercenary Contract’ item for ToS in the long run? coz you know just build a PvE character and farm and grind or Money Maker character. Get rich then just buy out someone’s max level DPS/PvP character later?

Mercenary Contract - an item in GE that allows players to turn their character into a card and sell that to other players.

i dont see why not most of the classes and skills are also heavily inspired from GE maybe they could also add skills book to increase the amount of skills or get another new branch/stances from your old classes like in GE

those are probably going to be on hidden classes. the main job line are according to interview and info are only up to rank 10. based on old information. but rank 11+ may all be hidden classes. I presume they will be similar to expert stances in GE with each of their own difficult and expensive newly introduced pre-nerf ‘zeia’ quest line.

OH wow you are back, welcome back I guess?

The mercenary system is/was in fact planned for this game, or at least soemthing of the sort, buit they ran into complications so it’s scrapped/on-hold.
Class balance in this game applies too differently from GE for everything after a point to become secret classes, they are going to bake ranks untiil thegame straight up dies (I think we exeeded the ten rank number in classes a while ago, too) with a few secrets here and there as otherwise a lot of people are jsut not going to knwo they could change classes to begin with… oh wow come to think about it you have been going on that one since literally forever; just wait it out like a normal person.

not yet, though im still waiting for IMC to do (Realm Reborn/Renewal) on ToS i havent touch my characters for 3 months. the meta changed and they are still rank3. heh i do log in once in a while just o check on costumes if i really want to buy them. but indeed the rank 8 introduction and pvp brought back my interest.

and class balance in GE is all about buying the latest rare premium OP character/premium version of regular characters in a gacha. unless IMC goes for full ‘pardoner’ and introduce premium classes in ToS.

As far as sales keep up good enough ToS should be safe from P2W, Nexon Korea is actually quite good recently from what I’ve seen and been told so if they use their model with ToS cash shop as a base for IToS’ it’ll be safe unless the game is straight up dying.

The Meta hasn’t really changes much at all?
People just noticed certain classes that work and refuse to try other builds while de “odd” ones troll them off (See: Thaumaturges using Reversi to steal the DPS ranking in WBs in the sea of Elementalists and Magic Arrows).

I don’t see a RR or anything on the style any time soon, between money and what that the most problematic issue IToS has is the server provider

fencer c3 kinda is, it seem my attempt at STR-CON shield fencer then is to no avail now, since fencer c3 is crit based, though murmullo is a choice. ill recycle my older threads to dicuss about it.

so do you think IMC will make a wedding dress exclusive for female swordsmen or will imc call it bridesmaid dress?

and reserve wedding dress for a plausible marriage system.
