Got stuck in instanced loading screen

I can enter the game but when after todays small update in varena this happened… i have finished my first run of dungeon and i have 2 left remaining… when i go in for my second run i got stuck in the loading screen. then 1 instance was wasted… then i tried my 3rd and still the same stucked at loading screen… this game just wasted 2/3 of my daily instance… pls help if possible reset my daily instance
