Hello all, hello IMC Games.

it is with great sadness that I come to say goodbye to Tree of Savior.
I follow this game since the first beta and was really
very excited about it, but the constant problems made it all
turn into pure hatred.

ok, I understand that it’s all in the beginning but some errors are
insupportable.

A while ago I did a post on the game bug session showing a video where i could not get into the game with any of my characters
and since then the situation got worse, I cant even get into the lodge, the Token days lost could not be rescued because I could not enter the lodge, the date has expired and they are gone.

today, miraculously I got into the game with one of my characters
I killed 3 monsters, walked through a portal and all errors returned exactly the same way as they were before.

I really missed not only patience, and all the joy and desire that I had to play this game.

I could just go out quietly, but if I’m crying here’s why it meant a lot to me.

well … goodbye.

I must say that my computer and connection are able to support the game perfectly. I have friends in the same conditions did not face any of the problems I have had.

Goodbye. Though i do not agree about publicly stating your departure(which, let’s be honest, nobody cares about), i understand why you did it.

Word of advice for anyone feeling the same as OP, just go without making a fuss, and come back later if the game gets better. Nobody likes a white knight, but nobody likes attention hores either.

It is rather sad when someone who has been following the game long departs due to poor product development…when that happens, something is obviously going wrong since those types are usually long-term consumers…

@arcantonpc you fail to realize that these problems only happen to you, and that YOU have to fix it on YOUR SIDE because if thousands people can play without problem - and i havent encountered any problem so far - then something is wrong with either your connection, or files.

He is not the only one, i ve got a bunch of friends with the same issue…besides that, SA Server is Unplayable, and a lot of more players who likes this game from the beginning are quitting… This is not just a commom player guys…he deserve better from the staff.

its really not bad to warn new player what can happen here ~.~
But a steam review should be do it too :stuck_out_tongue:

and i really hope this person will get stuck with exactly the same problem and will be ignored with it !!!

the lack of problems on my side might be because most of the time i play when the server has low amount of players on it, and i have to admit, that when i log in during the high traffic hours, the lags are sometimes making this game completely unplayable (i don’t play on my regional server, though, so maybe thats a good thing?)

im sorry for offending you guys, i really didnt encounter any problems like not being able to log in, minus the very first day when f2p started.

I think imc noticed that during high traffic the game is really difficult to play, and along that they see all these problems happening, but you go to give them time, thousands of people play, thousands of bots need to be banned, we still need a system to somehow prevent the amount of bots being so giant…

did you try to log in during the low traffic hours? did the problem stay the same? if i was you, i would keep sending tickets until i got a response…
dont give up!

Well log in during low traffic hours helps for sure againt some lags …
But thats totally not the point to have to play on some times …
Why don’t they estimate how much the server can really handle and sell one hour tickets to the people … if this hour is closed u can take another one …

This sounds quite similar to an issue some friends and I had when Klapedia first opened up. It took a few days for them to fix the issue. Hopefully IMC fixes the issue soon. Best of luck to all you SA players.

I’m done with this game as well, but i had a good time playing it, i’m just leaving because there’s nothing left to to.

I havn’t given up on the game, but i’ve stopped playing until the issues are fixed. Will prolly wait for a new EU server to be out. By then the issues will most likely have been dealt with.

feedback is feedback, don’t be a jerk. You also could just not reply, yet you went here and spent your time saying how useless his effort was. Don’t you think it’s a bit of a contradiction?

Hah got me beat, here I thought my 900+ was extensive. I don’t feel so bad now. Although I do work full time, but still. Good job! :stuck_out_tongue:

Low FPS, bad optimization.

Low rates for Respawn Mobs.

Yeah, this game have a bad future like that.
