I personally went Wiz(c1) -> Pyro (c1) -> Pyro (c2) -> Linker (c1) -> Thauma (c1) -> Necro (c1) with 1:4:1 Con:Int:Spr
I’m writing a guide of my build actually, will finish it probably in a few days.
Just saying, linker is the most important of the build. You would like to have Linker (c1) or (c2) depending on your play style.
Can I skip Thaumaturge and go Wiz(c1)>Pyro (c3)>linker (c1)>Necro (c1) or Wiz(c1)>Pyro (c2)>linker (c2)>Necro (c1) which do you think is better?
And additional questions since your a necro already can i teach disinter rather than gather corpse to gain corpses or do I really need gather corpses? and in ICBT2 is the necro the one with only one corpse type or are there multiple ones?
Linker c2 is much better that Pyro c3 in my opinion. Lvl 10 hangman’s knot is going to be amazing.
You don’t need neither of the skills, they are just a waste of skill points. Just buy corpse pot to get 30 corpse for 500 silver.

Wiz : 5 Shield + 5 Sleep + anything
Pyro : 10 Fireball + 10 Flame ground + 5 Enchant Fire + 5 Fire Pillar
Linker : 5 Joint Penalty + 5 Hangman + anything
Thauma : 5 Left Arm + 5 Swell body + 5 Transpose
Necro : 5 Skel + 5 Cannon + 2 Shoggoth + 1 Hoop + 1 Tower

yes, you can buy from him. 500 silver each.
My choice is different, i decided to build Wiz-Pyro-Linker-Elem-Sorc-Necro. The only choice that i think is optional is Elementalist but i won’t take Thaumaturge because Summons don’t get and anything from it (except from Swell brain since it gives some INT).
I didn’t pick Thauma because of swell arms (damage increase is not that significant anyway) but for swell body for extra exp+loots and transpose for tankiness. I definitely go for Thauma again on OBT.
Thauma (1) >>>>> Ele (1) definitely. Ele is the class that shines on c2 or c3.
For your build I would suggest you reconsider pyro c2 over ele c1 
For my “One-Mage Army” build i was even thinking about Linker C2 for party and buff sharing. But for what i’ve tried and found about thé scaling, i’m not sure to play this build because at High Level it gonna lose its effectivness.
