I knew for Pass not reducing it’s own cooldown but wanted to know how it works for the others.

it doesnt anymore (it spreads but doesnt multiply), tho archers still love linkers in their parties, especially AA-built.
If we are talking about single target skills in fact it does multiply, since the damage you deal in one target multiplies itself to others, obviously the correct term ir to spread, but it is indeed a multiplier for certain cases.
Anyway, this build wouldn’t beginner friendly, max swell left/right/brain attribute to lv50 require 5-6m, at least you need a silver farming class to cover it.
What do you think would be a good silver-framing class?
So, ranger/wugushi maybe?
If your latency to the server is alright, you can try archer c3 > quarrel shooter c3 > cannoneer c1
It is best on open map farming with some running shot.

Since Thauma is a support class i would like to suggest you some support class as well, such as Linker and Chronomancer. Perhaps take Cyro for freezing support for ur team + DPS skill for u since this will be your only class that contains attack skill.
