I was thinking
Assasin, Shinobi, Linker?
Sin-Rogue-Linker
Sin-Corsair-Linker
The idea is you don’t want to drop Linker for that precious armor break. And assassin has good amount of damage skill to self sustain. So you will want to pick last rank for something semi buffer + semi damage, which leave you rogue because of sneak hit and backstab, or corsair.
Or more support/farmer oriented builds like
Sin-Linker-Thaum
Or just for fun as build
Sin-Thaum-Enchant
how do you play as a r ogue
Assassin-Linker should be the core of almost any assassin build right now.
Annihilation can kill super well on it’s own, so you can use the link with Piercing Heart>IA x2.
This already gives you your linker combo, and a 2nd attack to clean up a 2nd set while waiting if there’s really good spawn.
Only thing you need at this point is more damage (buffs) to ensure those combos kill, or more farming oriented skills.
Corsair and Thaum fit this really well, but surprisingly Outlaw can too if you want survivability (+%Evasion and more skills to debuff).
Personally I would suggest starting out with any of those combos and using your class points to try out the others over these next few weeks.
How are you all distributing your skill points? I made a Enchant>Sin>Corsair and while enchater/corsair points were easy enough, I didn’t know exactly what to put on sin so it ended up like this: https://tos.guru/itos/simulator?tinyurl=ya8brkto
Also, how would you say it compares to the linker one mentioned in this thread? I imagine aoe would be way better because of the links, but if you ever tried a similar one to mine, is the damage close between the two builds? Plus how many points did you put in lifeline, physical link and hangman’s knot?
it depands on your waepon.
if you have a good enough weapon:
sin rogue corsiar
if you dont have one:
sin rogue linker
linker doesnt work as good as old times now, it only links a small range infront of you with a long cool down time. i picked corsair for more dmg skills, it works really well in cms and dungones.
i have a good enough weapon so my anniliation will do most of the aoe, and hex, DD, backstabs for cleaning up smaller groups of enmey.
the problem with linker build is you would jump around for a bit to w8 cd. IA is a aoe but only a stright line, which causes you to miss mobs.
Rogue+Assa+?
Outlaw or Enchanter?
How many hits has IA with agility?
And Rampage realy give a 50% dmg boost?
i prefer cosair for dmg rotations and flag+brutal dmg boost. but outlaw maybe a good choice, i havent tried it yet, but it make sense, only thing concern me is outlaw’s dmg skill have longer CDs, maybe it will mess up the skill rotation.
IA agility combo is kinda useless cuz its only a stright line, and dmg itself is good enough to kill mobs, so you dont need to boost it any furthur…
I like Outlaw.

Throwsand/Lachry makes Rampage a strong aoe skill.
You get a 5 sec +50% dmg boost at bosses its good to use anihilation after that ^^
Throwsand/Lachry + Mangle is strong too.
Its a 94x9 with the attri you get 2 hits more that makes 11x94%.
And on blinded/bleeding/stunned enemys you get 50% more =141x 11= 1551%
15secs Cd and throwsand shares the 15 sec CD +invuln.
hows your skill rotation? do you need to wait for CDs or its smooth and you just keep killing? plus why you put so many points in feint lol
I find Assassin + enchanter very good.
I put so many points in feint because i play with controller.
I think the dodge skill would be better but maybe feint has its usage in pvp^^
My Anvil failures hold me back untill know so didn´t do many raids.
But Mange/Backstab combo have very low CD.
There isnt much down time.
Maybe i try a prison cutter card Later i should be able to get 100% uptime on bleed.
I made this build here, similar to the other outlow/assassin/rogue one:

I am going to try and test it, but i’d like to know what do you guys think about it… The idea was to be sort of an evasion tank. Since i play mostly solo, i need the survivability… I want to know, do you guys think this will be viable?
Why put rouge in there? i thought rouge only for pvp
