hi,i collected 12 certificate of Golden Note and i get the title of "honorary golden note"
but i cant use my 12 certificate to exchange the event item " bubble stick"
its a bug or i didn’t complete the event mission? (i didn’t use any certificate to buy anything from the event yet and the bubble stick required only 10 certificate… )
i wonder why 
How many certificates do you have in your inventory?
If they are locked, unlock them.
weird? i only got 8 in the inventory but when i type /golden note its show me 12?..tats is why i cant change it to bubble stick…
Did you spend some already on other items?
no…:(…i didn’t send on other items

Describe your issue in as much detail as possible.
Maybe you have them on other character, check if you got more than 1 character and check the storage…
go through all possibilities… even if they seem impossible
