Gold sellers cause stuttering-

really this is annoying with those gold sellers shouting every second and causing spam, what the hell? they cause the game stuttering a lot

blocking all the spammers fixed the frame drops for me

I keep blocking them and I still get the spams from the same people. you right click the message and click “Block” right?

And would turning the ticker off do the same?

I got the same problem and they are blocked. Whats happening is that whenever a new message pops up in the chat, it automatically scrolls ur chat up for whatever reason. This only applies when I set the filter to all though

Ah, that’s a interesting catch. I’ve noticed sudden fps drops too.
At first I thought it’s caused by a certain monsters attack but this is pretty useful information.

I wonder how these goldselling sites even managed to amass enough silver to sell yet, or perhabs it’s just a scam in the first place?

There’s a easy solution to fight this that we can all do: Don’t go on their site and don’t buy from them. They will eventually see this game as not profitable and give up.

But honestly, I don’t see this happening. There are always these kind of people

Right click on the player’s message in chat and click block

just set a cold down 60sec to use a megaphone please
n dont allow to post the same message as the previous msg
Or block the keywords for the URL
Eg: when they post >>>>buy silver at www.cashshop.com
Result>>> buy silver at *************

or just remove the megaphone.

I have 5-33fps max on minimum rig pc and 30-40fps in my main rig and yes I agree that gold sellers are causing wild stuttering.

GLOBAL CHATS / MEGAPHONES NEED TO BE DISABLED UNTIL THE COLD SPAMMER CRISIS IS FIXED. IT’S NOT FUNNY ANYMORE. WE CAN’T KEEP UP WITH BLOCKING THEM. THERE IS NO OPTION TO TURN OF GLOBAL CHAT BAR UP TOP. IT’S RUINING THE GAME.

There is an option to turn off the chat bar on top. Press enter and click on the gear icon.

It helps with fps by turning it off, however your screen will still freeze whenever they send a message.
