Goddess Saule Bug PLEASE HELP!

Please Fix this!

Date and Time : 8 days ago dont remember what time

Game Control Mode: Mouse

Where it happened (Septyni Glen map, Release Goddess Saule (1) quest, which Goddess Saule, Game Breaking bug) :

Bug Description :
Game Breaking bug
I have to do the Goddess Saule Quest but the shield doesnt let me get near her
this happened after I defeted the 2 bosses she asked me to, when i came back to turn in the quest this happened when I teleported to Turn in the Quest it would kick me out of the sphere shaped shield so I relogged and nothing happened then I abbandoned the quest in hopes that it would fix the bug but nothing.
please fix it this bug is game breaking

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start the Goddess Saule quest line
  2. defeat the 2 bosses to release her
  3. die in 1 time with the second boss
  4. bugged

When is this going to be fixed? It is a main storyline quest with a game breaking bug which does not allow players to proceed. Why have there been no replies or announcements as to how and when you are going to fix this? Even though ice wall is a temporary workaround, it is still incredibly frustrating and sometimes it does not work when you don’t have the quick warp. Some quests even require you to go back to her once again at a higher level. What if there were no Cryomancers around? I personally have not encountered this bug but many of my friends have. This bug has been around beta and every single bug post about this has been ignored time after time. The game is already F2P and this is a quest in the early levels, come on. Do NOT give us workaround solutions(doing other questlines), please fix this bug ASAP. I know there are a lot more bugs to fix, but this is one that requires immediate attention. I have been patient and not trying to press you about this issue for a long time now since beta as I hope you would have looked into this yourselves but patience has a limit. I hope you see this and start working on this issue, at least give some information or some insight as to why this was not addressed for a long time.

P.S. my friend refuses to play now because 2 of her characters already got this bug. Thanks.

yeah i quit because of this too and they cannot even reply with not even by saying that is going to get fixed soon or something

I just came back to the game thinking it was fixed its been 4 months and im still stuck here :frowning: any suggestions?

Try abandoning the quest and restarting, in case it doesn’t work try asking a psychoKino to swap with you so you can complete de quest, if you are playing at silute I can try helping you latter today

I tried abandoning and restarting for more than 5 hours now… I really like the game this makes me so sad…
