Goddess Laima skill does not reduce the CD for Zaibas. All the other skills I’ve checked so far seems fine, their CDs are being reduced by 20% except for this Zaibas
try this:
laima>zemyna>zaibas
i think laima have an issue where it wont reduce the cd of the first skill you cast after laima
if it doesn’t work guess we can add that too the diev bug list
This has been around for awhile and mostly affects skills with overheat.
I think one of the kTos patch notes that was posted in September said the bug should be fixed if I’m not mistaken. The fix will probably come to itos when rank 8 is released.
It’s listed on the 8/9/2016 patch notes @Gwenyth has posted on his pastebin. I don’t play ktos though so I couldn’t tell you if it was all completely fixed.
