Bug Description : After trying to enter Goddess’ Ancient Garden my character got complete stuck in it, there is 2 channels, and can’t load in any of them, getting “CommanderLoadFail” error upon clicking “Start Game” button.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Try to enter “Goddess’ Ancient Garden” location. Get Disconnect to server select screen
- Try to join ch 1, get disconnect
- Try to join ch 2, get disconnect
- Cry.

As the result of this i can’t play at all. Please can you fix this? And also i’d like to receive compensation for lost time.
