Swordsman > Peltasta > Hoplite > Cataphract C3 > Dragoon
i think it will shift to sword > pelt > hop > cat3 > dop very soon. Since ktos ranking prove that getting off for cyclone is effective.
u can probably go sword > pelt > hop > cat2 > dop > cat3 as well. Dop cyclone probably will help level faster.

Sword3-Cata3 is pretty effective CC build
but cant be utilize for Dungeons and Leveling areas
As a cata3 getting off my ride just for 1skill irks me off more than stepping on dog poop.
Sometimes i zone in an area or i get unmounted while doing some quest interaction. I get attack when i m not on mount means i suddenly lost alot of my aoe attack skills from cata. Cause my mount is dead
