It doesn’t make sense. I’m just level 120 and if I reached 160, i have a much better weapon. So I have to wait until someone sells it?
160 dungeon is awful anyways. That’s why no one is selling it. The drops are, on average, not worth it once you get there, the exp is low, and the bosses are a pain. You are better off just skipping the dungeon entirely.

Exactly. I don’t see the point on putting those recipes on higher level dungeon. I’m only level 120. So by the time I’m 160 i don’t need that anymore. That’s so stupid. They should’ve drop items that’s requires you to use on a higher level. That makes sense.
Well, there are more rare drops than there are dungeons, so you have to spread them out a bit.
It sucks because I can’t use it on my current level. That’s so dumb.
Or least put it on level 160 monsters so we can hunt them without going to 160 dungeon right? At least I have the chance on farming it.
I hope GM will reply on this issue.
To be fair, it’s better than a level 170 white one handed spear.
Why? What are attributes of that spear?
Some games have the practice of putting low level equipment that are good on higher level areas.
For example, many lvl 75 recipes are only accessible at 100+ areas, like Savage Bow from the cocks. 
I think this is an okay practice because it is a means to differentiate good stuff from the bad stuff. And I get that you want the gear to be available immediately at the level range it is meant for, but you don’t get access to good lvl 120 gear just because you hit 120. What is fair is that you get access to -some- gear.
The other method is a super low drop rate on a low level mob, like Brandish recipe on Shyanim. Perhaps that is what you had in mind?
Just get a Zega Spear… way better and way easier to farm, hell it only cost like 100k on the market

I get your point. But eventually you are eager to hunt / farm that far more better than level 75 gears right? It is rare that you will find low gears that are far better than the current level items that you are farming.
The purpose of hunting for a higher better gear is for you to prepare the necessary requirements and that consumes so much of your time depending on how low the drop rate of that item is.
In general, players tends to those hunt items that are like +10 or +20 higher than their current level. Which is makes sense.
I like that spear. I hope that is still available in the market though. 
Plus its cheap 100k???
