Basically another player who screwed up their Rank Reset.

You need to be at least class lv.15 (100%) on a certain rank to be compensated for all the exp to reach that class level. Anything below that (even class lv.14 at 99.9%), you’ll only have exp compensated up to the previous rank.
For example:
r7 class lv.14 ===> r1 + 6 rank exp cards
r7 class lv.15 ===> r1 + 7 rank exp cards
r8 class lv.1 ===> r1 + 7 rank exp cards
r8 class lv.15 ===> r1 + 8 rank exp cards
Now I see in the example, I think the class lv. will be retained.
if your class level is 11 you will go to 1
it must be 1 or 15
Im at lvl 14 classes , once i reset rank class lvl drop to lvl 1 and no card rank lvl . please , only 1 lvl more to get advancement . i playing this game from CBT . its seems long way to go if my classes drop to lvl 1 .

I did that too, and was our mistake. I knew I was going to lose something, but since I stopped play long time ago I dont care much, because I need to do that now, without wait.
Well Since IMC Make a whole post talking about rank reset and what it does and all stuff u need to complete to use it… they clean their hard with that, so if u made a mistake like reset with class lvl 14, its ur own fault. they cant do something to fix it.

but , if we want tos great again we should do this . If GM dont do this then player will quit . ive pay alot at this game . feels soo bad at myself T_T

despite of not saying of their poor server traffic and all these bugs issues…
