In short, we can currently access the mines without doing the required quests.
If you just get extremely close to the wagons like here , and change channel, you’ll be warped on the other side of the bridge.
(on a side note, this doesn’t seem to work the other way round.)
I got the quest to rescue the villagers and the wagons are still there/ impassable., I can’t pass them. I am gonna try this to get passed (but hopefully a relog will just make them disappear)
its possible to be a glitch due to lag or fps drops/low fps cause in my experience in other games, there are times/bugs/glitches where u can pass through objects which u can’t or go into a box which you can’t due to reasons stated above~
note: reason i might know cause i might have cheated sometimes for fun using fraps to drop the fps of a game to go places i shouldn’t have XD yes im guilty~
I have this issue too, right now 
hope it gets fixed. No mobs appear, so I can’t complete the quest.
