Do they know that they can’t gift it not only for restricted areas, but also for ppl from other countries?
They have’t sayd their country. I don’t need, cause i bought it already, but still.

This isn’t true. Got mine from a friend on the other side of the world.

Well, there’s still some restrictions even if you can buy Founders pack, becouse of price differences. For example:
O.o But I’m not from any of those countries either. That’s weird. He bought it for me on the first day. Maybe they didn’t have the restrictions up at the time yet?
That’s only one-way. Countries that pay “full price” can easily gift to all countries (including to countries who pay “half price”). So, for example, I’m a European and I can gift games to my Russian friend, but my Russian friend can’t gift games to me.
I assume the people behind ToSBase have bought these EA passes full-price
