Girl in Danger Quest Bugged, Can't finish the Ques

I was doing the Girl in Danger Quest, I was able to finish these quest then I incorrectly closed the client when I will be receiving the EXP Card. Then when I open again the Client, I can’t finish the quest anymore. I can’t also see any NPC to talk with.
