Bug Description :

I had performed all quest task in the main line quest to see Goddess Saule,
and had progressed to “Girl in Danger! Go to the altar of Nugria Sanctum”.
When I approached the quest objective of Nugria Altar, there was no option to interact with the altar, and no matter where I stood on the map this did not change. I cannot interact with the altar to complete the quest.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Complete the steps of “Girl in Danger” in Vieja Ravine
- Approach Nugria Altar
- Attempt to interact with Nugria Altar
