Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Gimick Quest Pendulum item Disappears from inventory after use. This never happened before until it became so frequent it was very noticable from happening once a week to every time you do the pendulum quest (not only on Evac but at other locations as well)

I submitted 2 unresolved tickets with screen shots of the issue and have not been addressed as of yet. I hope that this may come to light since I’ve noticed this happen to my guild mates as well as others.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Perform the Gimick Pendulum quest (at any map especially if you’re hunting evac gem abbrasives)
  2. After discovering chest containing item, Pendulum disappears from inventory
  3. Hunt pendulum again at Nahesh forest. Pendulum will be obtained again after killing a few mobs.
  4. ^ Repeat step 1 of the process.

its always like that
after you got the cest, you kill those mob again to get another pendulum, than search the cest again
do twice only
why would you sent a ticket, if the mechanic was meant that way

which one i didnt understand
coz i’m reading it step by step from no 1 to 4
i have ibre set, i do pendulum till i have top and pant
if they decide to remove pendulum after every cest
its the same as before, even if you had the pendulum, you still need to kill the monster to activate the pendulum again

see. that’s exactly why you didn’t understand the context of the post at all.

THE PENDULUM IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DISAPPEAR FROM YOUR INVENTORY EVERY TIME YOU PICK UP THE CHEST.

The Pendulum is not designed to disappear EVERY TIME you claim the chest.

Now you go back to Nahesh to claim the Pendulum every time you claim the reward. IT DOESN’T and DIDN’T Work that way weeks ago.

p.s. I don’t really care what YOU get from your pendulum gimick quest.

It’s supposed to disappear when you’ve found the chest, I’ve been doing this ever since…

well I hate to break it to you but mine doesn’t reactivate at all even at 0/2 and trying it on other maps other than going back to nahesh to reclaim it.

I could never find the chest, how do you manage to do that?

1 - Pendulum disappearing after getting the chest is normal

2 - your bug seems to be not being able to get the pendulum back at all except at nahash, again pendulum disappearing is normal.

Just an update. The pendulum is working again after the new patch came it. It wasn’t coming back before the 330 patch for me despite the number of kills and tests that I’ve done.
