answer is never, no point in asking staff in forums, we already asked in GM Meet-up and GM Interview, answer was “We are considering uncapping crown in order to adapt to new implemented content but we are aware many people dislike that idea”. That’s what we got, that’s what we’ll get.
If you want a relic uncap make sure noone clears the new raid for 1 month, maybe then they will get convinced.
