Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to gift the access to people from different region? Let’s say I, from U.S., want to gift the access to people from Philippines.

Will depend on Steam i think, when you try to send something as a gift to other region, if there is a red warning saying you can only send to the regions on that warning.

You should be able to gift from the US, to any other region not locked down by another publisher. The reverse, however, will not work. Even if you spoof your IP to accept the gift. They will just lock your game down.
i think you can gift it to countries where it isn’t more expensive than the country it’s being gifted from
That makes sense since the cheapest founders in Philippines is like $7 more or less. Thanks.
