Does giant swing damages nearby monsters? Or just the targetted one?
the CD of that skill alone make it kinda useless imo.
Not sure about the aoe though, it’s a good question. Even if it does that the aoe is probably not good, not worth the points imo.
-its bugged sometimes dont give dmg.
-can damage nearby monster but rarely 1 or 2 time same monster, i used before patch now dont work or work sometimes(useless.
-dont recommeend for now i use it like my secondary skill i love it but i hate after the patch they make useless in all ways.
-in pvp dont work at least i hope can give the new debuff but now dont work at all . i usually take the pet (work before patch but now dont work
- become vulnerable when u use it but the dmg aoe ratio worth it but now dont use skill points or u buy skill potion. i hate you imc.
-dont have attirbutes for increase dmg still worth it if works.

After hearing Frenzy isnt very good, at least for Fencer, i think i could fit some points for Giant Swing , but my Helm Chopper would have to remain lv 1. not a huge deal.
helm chopper doesnt scale well. So its gonna be useless later on in the game. You should keep frenzy for boss hunts.
Edit: I found out that frenzy only stacks through auto attacks. So its not really worth putting points. Sad 
oh i just noticed you cant attribute giant swing to increase its damage. Thanks. Im still thinking where to put my points. Helm chopper isnt worth it anymore.

stomp kick base on jump and evasion boots upgrade and have aoe 3 u can use fast , run+jump and stomp but have low dmg usefull only if u have nice boots.
i prefer using on frenzy with all upgrades worth it of course only vs boss .
in pvp just i use it for +20dmg with frenzy and war cry with all lvl give u +30 dmg 0 enemys debuffed
i prefer choper or cleave 10 or max lvl have decent dmg.
