That’s scout’s camouflage. Looks like a visual bug, barrel should cover them completely

maybe caught them at exactly the right moment as they were “putting it on”?
the character pulls the barrel out of hiding, holds it over their head, and drops it.
(where someone is going to “hide” a barrel bigger than they are is a question i have no answer for…)
