Getting Disconnected and Rolled back a few minutes

So I’ll be playing and the game will randomly disconnect me and take me to the character selection screen, when I log back in I am rolled back maybe 5-10 minutes from where I was. I know this because I track the adventure journal and I am always losing kills that I’ve already done.

Also the game while I am doing the little instances with the bosses keeps saying I am moving too fast and will teleport me backward.

Oh, I thought I was the only one getting this. I think it has something to do with our ping/connection to the servers, I dunno. It’s very irritating though, especially because it tends to occur most often when I’m farming a specific item drop off some mob
