what happened to the in-between awards?
Well im one of the winners of the loading screens, was stocked to see I was getting a special limited hat. Turns out everyone can have it by doing the dungeon 3 times, so in the first day of the event everyone has it lulz. I mean, prizes dont seem super great, but from my viewpoint they have even less value.
Items from inside the event cubes seem to be worth it though, expensive stuff in there.

The in-between awards should come from the halloween cubes themselves, which you get 3 of per day.
There’s some junk in there (particularly talt, which will probably overtake most of the rolls), but the inclusion of stuff like Battle Bracelet at least show they acknowledge the recent complaints about it i guess?

How to Participate
-Interact with the Demon Hunt Recruiter event NPC in Fedimian, Klaipeda or Orsha cities.
-Defeat the demon bosses and complete the mission to receive a Halloween Cube and a Pumpkin Candy.
-You can participate in the event mission 2 times per day (+ 1 time for Token users).
-Halloween Cube: contains one random drop item.
-Pumpkin Candy: when used, increases your character’s stats by 5 for 30 minutes.
-Accumulate completed missions and receive additional rewards from the
event NPC (you can check your total of accumulated entries by
interacting with the NPC).
-Reward for 3 missions: Jack-O-Lantern Hair Ornament x1
-Reward for 30 missions: Superior Gem Abrasive x1
Important
-Participation in the event is limited to characters of level 70 and above.
-Event participation and remaining no. of daily entries are counted on a per-team basis.
-Time resets every day at EDT 06:00 (same time as missions and instanced dungeons).
-The event mission entry limit is not resettable by Instanced Dungeon Reset Vouchers.
-Each accumulated mission reward (3 missions, 30 missions) can only be received once.
-Remaining rewards will not be exchanged after the event officially closes.
-Pumpkin Candy items will be deleted on December 15, 2016.

What needs to be know from the halloween event is
-does it consume Merc daily mission runs or has it’s own counter?
-if it does use up the merc counter does the mission give exp?
So we can only run it 3 times no matter how many alts we have? Am I reading this right?

The Halloween Event runs do not count towards your daily instance run limit. However, on the flip-side,they cannot be reset by Instanced Dungeon Reset Vouchers either. They also give EXP and job EXP as well.

Mind clearing up my post. Is it limited to 3 runs per character, or 3 runs per team/account?
Thanks. I was scared I’d have to do this 15 times a day. 3 is enough for me.
I wonder how hard these demon bosses are and if you need a team for them or you can do them on your own. Kind of looking forward to it.

Bummer but it makes sense(can’t have players abusing the event dungeon), specially after hoarding a couple of reset vouchers from the previous dumpling event.

Quick replies like that on relatively meaningless topics really aggrivate me, it just proves that IMC is 100% aware of the raging dumpster fire this game has become, how sickened its player base is by it, and they just continue to stand by and do nothing.
Where is the staff interaction on the 10000s of posts about the rampant rmt’ng, cheating/hacking, afk farming, harassment, broken quests etc? Its nowhere, b/c you only get an answer when you ask about a fluff event or tp shop item.

While i don’t disagree entirely with you, you kinda gotta look at it from their perspective: A itos forum staff member can 100% clear up a doubt about a upcoming event but they can do next to nothing about the many many issues the game has.
The best they can do is foward concerns to the dev team, which im sure they do, but the dev team itself is just really unconcerned w/ the state of the game (and OUR game in particular, itos) so we’re left in this situation.

Are the rewards based on account or mission? I.E. if you do 3 missions on 2 different characters, will they both get the hair ornament?
@SlyGoat You will only receive the reward on the character you redeem it on. However, you will be able to trade it to other characters on your team.
