Well it is a falconer type pet, so I don’t think they eat or at least cant remember if there s any food for them 
Falco eat the normal meat from the basics pets

can we have a cockatoo now ? 
I bought all food and it doesn’t accept anything of those food (I didn’t try the tp one but is similar to the one selled by the npc)
well the normal falco eat the normal meat, maybe there is no food available for the toucan
Oh wow, I totally forgot that pets need to be fed. I haven’t done that for more than 2 years now…
What happens if you don’t feed them?
lose all its stamina that is all and move slower… it doesn’t die
Doesn’t seem to move slower to me though. A bug perhaps? At least it’s a good one. Good thing IMC don’t fix bugs XD
unlike ground pets, flyers have no weakness when stamina reaches 0
