Get lvl 8 EXP card in low level

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Lamprasa Pond / Wings of Vibora

Bug Description :
I’m just doing the “kill monsters” quest to report to Vibora NPC, and on the first map of Orsha, i get one lvl 8 exp card from the quest, and i am just a lvl 29 character. The monster who give me is named Chupaluka.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to the Lamprasa Pond
  2. Kill Chupalukas
  3. Report to Orsha Vibora NPC
  4. Get lvl 8 exp card

This happened to me too. It really made me wonder when I checked my inventory and there was a sole LV 8 EXP Card in my inventory. You might be wondering why I’m at Miner’s. I’m relatively new to ToS and I just went with Achievements.
