I realize that we don’t have a 100% fix yet, but I’m very glad to see frequent banning and reporting of botters and gold sellers.
It’s very refreshing - when so many other companies of late were so incredibly lazy or in denial about their botting problems.

I totally agree. I admire they are doing their best in order to get rid of bots and gold sellers. Besides, I also love the fact they keep in touch with the community and listen to it.

Being transparent is an expression that means; “Not keeping secrets or hiding details behind their actions”. They are banning bots and letting us know - therefore being “transparent”. There’s nothing to hide.
