Bug Description :
My Gem on my boots is suppose to add a skill level to my Divine Machine Arrow. Whenver I change map, it does not add a level to my skill. I have to unequip my boot and equip again for it to work.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Change Map
- Check skill on hotbar
- Skill level is not correct
- Unequip item with the gem and equip again to make it work
