Gem Roasting lvl 6 bugged?

I was gonna gem roast my two level 6 green gem at Hoozuki shop(Hoozuki Henosts lv6 Gem Roast) but After I Gem Roast 1 of my gems, it only roasted up to level 5.

As you can see on the picture that I uploaded, It removes all the negative buffs to 0. Then I was sure that he had a lvl 6gem roast.

Did it bugged? or gem roasting is up to level 5 only?

Correct. Gem roasting at this time can only fully remove penalties up to level five gems.
