Can you tell me if the IMC aims for an item to remove Monster gem?

People complained before. IMC doesn’t care unless kToS makes a big fuss. Yeah it sucks since it’s hard to farm gem and most people would want to use it right away and remove the gem to put it on higher level gear. Unfortunately they think having a DPK system is excellent for monster gems and want you to farm for 2-3 days for another one.
