Gem drops on tenet church

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Tenet church 2F, NPC, algis , recapture the belltower quest

Bug Description :all of my gems just droped after i die in fighting the boss, is this a bug?? and if it is a in game feature i wish they have informed us noobies about that, so far i havnt seen any warnings or tips regarding that
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

gems dropping upon death is a feature(death penalty)

*for dungeons only

thats a penalty for dying
store your gems as soon as you get them and your in town

Good to know that guys, thanks for the info , but i wished they have atleast placed a reminder regarding that whenever were going inside a dungeon, not even included in “tips”, for us newbies , anyways its too early to be frustrated haha, just learned my lesson lol

"Feature" yeah right, I lost like 30 gems. It is like the first thing you would do, to remind the newbies that this will happen on dungeons.
